Chi-Tai specializes in precision machining, covering traditional grinding and polishing, as well as advanced CNC lathe, CNC milling, and CNC milling machining. We also excel in producing high-precision aluminum and zinc alloy die-castings as well as aluminum extrusions. Continuously expanding our technical capabilities, we have introduced high-efficiency, four-axis CNC turning-milling compound machines from Brother Inc. in Japan, ensuring the production of precision components with exceptional accuracy and efficiency. This strategic investment strengthens our ability to meet intricate and demanding machining requirements. Our team of experts has extensive knowledge of various alloy materials, enabling us to choose the most appropriate machining techniques based on each product's specific material properties. This ensures that our products consistently meet the highest quality standards expected by our clients.

Rigorous Quality Assurance and Management

Chi-Tai provides comprehensive quality assurance through a dedicated team and state-of-the-art equipment. Our quality management system emphasizes operator training and stringent process controls to ensure product consistency. Die-cast components undergo SIP inspections every two hours, while CNC components are inspected hourly. Finished parts are retained for first-article inspection in subsequent production runs. We use advanced measurement equipment, including 2.5D video microscopes and MITUTOYO's 3D fully automatic image measurement equipment, to ensure compliance with dimensional and appearance standards. These practices enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
