We have on-site CNC equipment, which is programmed by our own personnel, who also design all CNC jig fixtures. This allows us to quickly and effectively debug any issues that are detected during mass production.

We equip each CNC machine with a fourth axis and a "zero-point clamping" quick-change system, which ensures that our machining process is highly efficient.

1 CNC Setting up the Fourth Axis

Our CNC equipment has four axes, allowing for X, Y, and Z surface processing to be completed without changing the jig by rotating the machined part. This improves production efficiency and quality stability. Maintaining consistency and continuity in the machining process is important, and this helps achieve that goal.

The dividing head is a product that was created to address the limitations of a three-axis machining machine, which cannot meet the requirements for angle and arc machining. It can maximize the machine's effectiveness.

This dividing head is widely used in machining as a tool that can overcome many blind spots in machining, and thus maximizing the machine's effectiveness.

2 "Zero-Point Clamping" Quick-Change System

Quick-change systems can shorten set-up time.

All of our own CNC machines are equipped with a zero-point clamping system, allowing for rapid line changing. This mechanism enables single machine multitasking and operation of a multi-tasking production system.

The most time-consuming task during a product line change is correcting the jig. However, correcting time can be saved by introducing the zero-point clamping system. Production line change time can be accelerated to only 30 minutes, in contrast to the original 4 hours. Furthermore, the positioning accuracy can reach ±5u, and thereby saving on production management time and costs.

Precision Zero-Point Locator for Milling Machines

As demand for precision machining and components used in smart factories and automated production lines has increased. This entails facing different types of requirements: the need for rapid and accurate positioning, reduced machine setup time, and improved line change efficiency. We have therefore developed a(it’s not our patent) Chi-Tai Precision Zero-Point Locator for Milling Machines, which has a repeat positioning accuracy of less than 0.005mm.

Chi-Tai's precision machining is a high-capacity factory located next to the die-casting plant, which can immediately respond to die-casting integration and order requirements. Chi-Tai Precision Manufacturing: Precision Aluminum and Zinc Casting Processing

We provide high-precision CNC machining services, such as turning, milling, drilling, boring, and tapping.

There are 10 CNC milling machines, and we are continuously expanding our capabilities. Our machining centers are equipped with high-pressure coolant and a fourth axis, with spindle speeds of up to 18,000 RPM.

To ensure that our products meet the highest standards of our clients for small or large volume CNC machining production, we have a state-of-the-art quality assurance laboratory. Our laboratory is equipped with 3D measuring instruments, 2.5D profile projectors, and approval procedures for production parts (PPAP) and quarterly statistics to check the size of the first item during the production process. We also offer micro-pore testing to measure the cleanliness of the parts, and ensure that our processes meet clients’ standards.
